College Credit Plus (CCP) Program Overview

Germantown Christian Schools College Preparatory Program is designed to equip students with the academic knowledge, critical thinking skills, and strong character needed to succeed in higher education and beyond. Through rigorous coursework, Honors classes, and participation in Ohio's College Credit Plus (CCP) program, students have the opportunity to challenge themselves academically while preparing for future college and career goals.

College Credit Plus allows eligible students in grades 7–12 to earn both high school and college credit by taking approved college courses at little to no cost to families. By participating in CCP, students can gain valuable college experience, reduce the time and expense required to earn a college degree, and strengthen their academic transcripts for future educational opportunities.

Benefits of the College Credit Plus Program include:

• Earning both high school and college credit simultaneously
• Reducing the overall cost of a college education
• Potentially shortening the time needed to complete a college degree
• Experiencing college-level coursework while still receiving the support of a Christian school environment
• Building a stronger academic transcript for college admissions and scholarship opportunities
• Receiving weighted credit on the high school transcript, similar to Honors and Advanced Placement-level coursework

Our goal is to provide students with every opportunity to graduate prepared, confident, and ready to pursue God's plan for their future.
