Essential Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging daily instruction using the Abeka curriculum.
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and developmental milestones.
Integrate biblical principles and Christian values into all aspects of the classroom.
Foster students' academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages a love of learning.
Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, development, and behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Establish consistent classroom routines and positive behavior expectations.
Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success and school initiatives.
